CLARKSBURG, W. Va. (WV News) — The Clarksburg Water Board discussed the lead waterline replacement project and customer rate increases at Tuesday's meeting.
The work session was held largely to determine how to best manage expenses while keeping price increases as low as possible for customers.
The lead service line project is unique as its scope has been changing regularly and will continue to change as more information is gathered by the Clarksburg Water Board, officials said.
